Seat less & Gland less IBR / NON-IBR Piston Valves
The piston valve is a seatless valve, seat and gland are replaced by lower and upper sealing rings. The unique design ensures a long life even at high temperature up to 400 deg C. Piston Valves are easy available in wide range for steam, super heated steam, thermic fluid, hot oil for industrial application and better solution for our valued customers.
Valve is designed as enclosed by two valve rings makes up the sealing element. The upper valve ring provides the outer seal, while the lower valve ring seals the passage. The large sealing surface on the piston skirt provides an optimum seal. When locked, the piston simultaneously pushes any impurities which might be present in the medium ahead of itself. straight-through piston valve, pressure-relieved. In line and stem sealing by two flexible valve rings.
